This wonderful two storey property is situated in The Village at Tuscan Ridge which is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves and yet within just 10 minutes drive of Disneys World Drive. The property affords discreet and spacious accommodation ideal for those seeking the quality of a comfortable hotel but with the space and luxury of a large home with its own private pool, jacuzzi and BBQ.

There are two comfortable living areas one of which boasts a Flat screen HDTV with over 250 channels whilst the other area is separate, providing an oasis for quite relaxation to enjoy a good book or listen to your favourite music. Both living rooms allow access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.

With 3 superb double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, this property provides flexible accommodation that will appeal to those discerning travellers looking for extra comforts supplemented by facilities that include a large games room, and South facing Sundeck

We have converted the garage into a fully equipped games room. There is an 8ft slate bed super quality pool table, a 55inch football table and an electronic dartboard. There are 6 tennis rackets and balls for use at the tennis court just 2 minutes walk away. We even have cable TV in there and there is plenty of seating for spectators.

One of the most important area's of any villa is the pool. Our oversized pool and extended deck has ample room for fun. The jacuzzi can refresh those aching limbs after walking around the theme parks, whilst pool heating is available at extra charge. We have also added a South facing sun deck and Park Style BBQ in this area to assist your enjoyment of the wonderful Florida sun and outdoor living. Set in a peaceful location, there are no near rear neighbours which give the pool area a great deal of privacy . There are plenty of sun beds and even an outdoor dining area with a table and ceiling fan in the covered part of the Lanai.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay more enjoyable, including cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, large selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - some even specifically for the children.
There is a utility area with large capacity washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, 28inch Flat Screen cable TV, ceiling fan, a large walk in closet and a superior en-suite Bathroom with walk in shower, and bath, his and hers vanity units, hairdryer and WC. There are also doors directly out to the covered lanai and pool area.

We have a cot and baby monitor available for very small children.

From the ground floor go upstairs to find: Master Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, 22inch Flat Screen cable TV and a DVD player - it also enjoys an en-suite Shower Room with hairdryer.  Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and Cable TV. Bedroom 4 has two single beds, perfect for young adults or adults alike and a  TV,  Bedroom 5 is the tastefully Disney themed room with twin beds, Cable TV and Playstation 2 with games. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 share the Family Bathroom with a shower over the bath and a hairdryer. All bedrooms have large storage cupboards to store suitcases and luggage.

Towels and linen are all provided at the property.
The property is fully air-conditioned and is very child friendly, having lots of equipment available especially for the younger generation. On site is a tennis court, volleyball area and childrens playground. Pushchair, cot and highchair are all available at the property for you to use at no extra cost.

The Village at Tuscan Ridge is a tranquil community bordered by orange groves and situated well back from US Highway 27, Davenport. On site are a tennis court, volley ball court and children's playground. The villa location offers easy access to Interstate 4, which is the gateway to all the areas major attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. It is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime and visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks are less than 15-20 minutes away. Close to Tuscan Ridge along US Highway 27 there are many restaurants and shops within easy reach including Supermarkets. For golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to Champions Gate, Reunion, or Highlands Reserve and within a further 20 minutes there are numerous other places to tee off for the keen golf enthusiast.

When travelling further afield to the coast whether it be Clearwater or Cocoa Beach it will take just over an hour with Interstate 4 always being your start point. This length of trip would also encompass Tampa and Busch gardens or the Kenney Space Center at Cape Canaveral (Don't miss out on the 'NASA up close tour' if you go it is truly awe inspiring). Remember Orlando is not just about Theme Parks and there is so much more to do from the Air Boat rides to the endless sandy beaches on the coasts. Whether you want to explore the numerous options to see an area teeming with wildlife to the many cultural possibilities available in Orlando itself this is not the number one vacation destination in the world for nothing.

Discounts may be available by negotiation on longer stays or late availability.

Florida Sales & Tourist Tax 12%
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit monies (30% of total).

Where the booking is made less than 12 weeks before the rental period begins bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. A completed booking form from our website must be completed in all cases.
Whilst there is no specific changeover day, departures must be made by 11:00am, whilst you may get into the property any time after 4:00pm on the day of arrival.
