Our spacious villa is perfect for that special holiday as it provides every facility possible to make your stay just right. This wonderful two storey property is situated in The Village at Tuscan Ridge which is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves - if you like your privacy, the villa is great as it benefits from having no close neighbours to the rear with the next door neighbouring properties angled away.
The family room is a large bright room which not only boasts a 53 inch HD TV with over 250 channels but has doors leading out onto the pool area (all doors to the pool are of course alarmed for child safety).
With two master ensuite bedrooms there is plenty of time for the adults to pamper themselves in private before hitting the parks - all the bedrooms are fully equipped with cable TV and plenty to entertain adults and children alike - if that's not enough we have a superb games room with pool, foosball, basketball darts and even tennis rackets for the court (if you feel energetic !)

One of the most important area's of any villa is the pool. Our oversized pool and extended deck has ample room for fun. The spa can refresh those aching limbs after walking around the theme parks, whilst pool heating is available at a small extra charge.
Set in a peaceful location, there are no near rear neighbours, which give the pool area a great deal of privacy (which we think is really important when you have a rest days). There are many sun beds and even an outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan.
We have an electric BBQ for safety and Alfresco dining.
We have converted the garage into a fully equipped games room. There is an 8ft slate bed super quality pool table, a 55inch foosball table, an electronic basketball machine and an electronic dartboard. There are 6 tennis rackets and balls for use at the tennis court just 2 minutes walk away. We even have cable TV in there.
The family room is a large bright room which not only boasts a 53 inch HD TV with over 250 channels but has doors leading out onto the pool area. We also have a reading area for those quiet times when just music or a book will do.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay more enjoyable, including cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, large selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - some even specifically for the children.
There is a utility area with large capacity washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, 28inch cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, a large walk in closet and a huge en-suite Bathroom with large shower, garden bath, his and hers vanity, hairdryer and WC. There are also doors directly out to the covered lanai. We also have a cot and baby monitor available for very small children.
From the ground floor go upstairs to find: Master Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, 27inch cable TV and a DVD player - it also enjoys an en-suite Shower Room with hairdryer. and a DVD/Video player.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds which are beautifully finished with adults in mind and has Cable TV.
Bedroom 4 is the Mickey Mouse Room with Cable TV, toy chest, books and dressing up clothes.
Bedroom 5 is the Jungle Room with twin beds, Cable TV and Playstation 2 with games. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 share the Family Bathroom with a shower over the bath and a hairdryer.
Towels and linen are all provided at the property.
The property is fully air-conditioned and is very child friendly, having lots of equipment available especially for the younger generation. On site is a tennis court, volleyball area and childrens playground. Pushchair, cot and highchair are all available at the property for you to use at no extra cost.

A perfect location for golf as within 10 minutes of the property there are 4 great golf clubs boasting some of the best courses in the region. If you want to travel a little further afield there are an almost endless supply of wonderful golfing facilities.
Whilst most people come to the Disney area for the parks the property is just 45 minutes from the east coast and a touch more from the west.
Sanford International airport is just over an hour's drive from the property whilst you can get fom Orlando International airport in approximately half this time.
Davenport offers easy access to Interstate 4, which is the gateway to all major attractions. It is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime and visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks which are about 10 minutes away. Close to Tuscan Ridge along US Highway 27 there are many restaurants and shops whilst less than 10 minutes away there is a huge Walmart.

Low Season (Jan, Sep & Nov) - $ 885 per week
Mid Season (Feb - June, Oct, Dec) - $ 965 per week
High Season (Jul - Aug) - $ 1125 per week
Rates exclude all public holidays which will be quoted upon request.
Pool heating $ 170 per week
Stays of less than 7 days will incur a cleaning cost of $120
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit monies (around 30% of total). Where the booking is made less than 12 weeks before the rental period begins bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. A completed booking form must be completed in all cases and a refundable security deposit will be required to cover any breakages at the property.
Whilst there is no specific changeover day, departures must be made by 11:00am, whilst you may get into the property any time after 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Our management company operate a meet and greet service to go through the property details.
