This fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom luxury condo features a king bed in the master, two double beds in the second room and a queen sofabed in the living room. 6 people can sleep comfortably in this newly furnished condo. Sunbathe on the secluded dock on the intracoastal, take a morning stroll around the Turnberry golf course, walk to the famous Aventura Mall for fabuous shopping or restaurants, or just relax and watch a movie on the flat screen tv. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans provided. Just bring your clothes, toothbrush and your enthusiasm for a great vacation.

Get on your car and be at the beach in only a couple minutes or you can go to the award winning Hollywood beach which is just 10 minutes away. Enjoy shopping at the hip Aventura Mall or go to the nearby Bal Harbour shops. There are plenty of family and high cuisine restaurants in the area or if you prefer to drive for 25 minutes or so you can stroll through Las Olas Riverfront in Fort Lauderdale or Ocean Drive in South Beach. Whether its deep sea fishing, casino and racetracks, or golfing, Aventura and its surroundings have it all.

LOW SEASON: May, June, July, September, October, November: $750/week $2,800/month.
HIGH SEASON: December, January, February, March, April, August: $950/week $3600/month. MINIMUM 2 WEEK STAY.
For stays including these dates: December 20 - January 2, US holidays, Passover/Easter, and special events: $1,150/week. MINIMUM 2 WEEK STAY.
All FL rentals of less than 6 months have a 13% tax added to rates.
Non-negotiable cleaning fee of $100 paid in cash at check-in.
Refundable deposit of $600. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
Optional wireless high speed internet available for $5/day or $99/month.
Rental includes local telephone service, cable TV plus HBO, electric, water, garbage, amenities, and covered parking for 1 car.
