The Ponderosa in Saugatuck

Nestled in the woods, this luxurious new home is awaiting your arrival! "The Ponderosa" sits in a secluded, scenic and wooded area where you can unwind, relax, and retreat to this one of a kind home in beautiful River's Edge. This tudor-style home has plenty of room with easy association beach access on Silver Lake. While visiting, you can take the golf cart or a stroll to the beach on Silver Lake, rest in the quiet of the woods while sitting in the large screened-in porch, watch television in the media room, relax by the glow of the chimnea, cook in the gourmet kitchen or on the outside grill. "The Ponderosa" is less than two miles from downtown Saugatuck.

Your stay at "The Ponderosa" includes the use of a golf cart, bed linens, bath towels, gas grill, wireless internet, gas fireplace, televisions, dvd players, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, cooking utensils, tableware, chimnea, stereo system, pet crate available in an air-conditioned garage while you're out and about, and Silver Lake beach access.

"The Ponderosa" is minutes from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas where you can find excellent restaurants, galleries, shops, boat/kayak/jet ski and scooter rentals, and fishing trips. It is the center of numerous art galleries and antique shops, as well as winery tours and farm markets. You can also schedule a riding lesson at our state-of-the-art horse facility. Moreover, the house is close to Lake Michigan where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches or stay at the house to enjoy the beach on Silver Lake.

The following rates will apply for reservations made after January 1, 2010:

May 15, 2010 through October 15, 2010:  $3,250/week or $495/night.

October 15, 2010 through December 2010:  $2,550/week or $395/night.

NOTE:  Only accepting weekly reservations until April 1, 2010, for summer 2010.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

There is a three night minimum with no extra charge.  A $75.00 cleaning fee will be appled for two-night stays.

2009 Rates (September 15 - December, 2009):  $1,950/week or $395/night with a two-night minimum.

 Payment Policy:  Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 20% is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due one week prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:  For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit of 20% is non-refunded.

Check In Time:  5:00 p.m.

Check Out Time:  11:00 a.m.
