There are only 24 units in this concrete building offering safety and convenience. The complex sits nicely on the ocean next to the heart of downtown activities in an area called "The Strand." No need to get in your car to eat, shop or participate in activities. The unit location provides walking access to all the fun and experiences that complement a great vacation.
This second floor luxurious condominium delivers the ultimate vacation experience. The ocean-front unit offers spectacular, direct views and nearly 1600 square feet of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped including Corian countertops and a breakfast counter. The separate wet bar connects the large dining area with the family room area. The master bedroom provides direct ocean views and a king-size bed. The master bath will spoil you with a Jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower, his-and-her closets and his-and-her vanities. The second bedroom is extremely large and provides a queen bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The family room also has a queen sleeper-sofa.
The ocean-front balcony provides spectacular views and is accessible from the family room and master bedroom.
