We are oceanfront and have a seasonal lifeguarded beach with private direct beach access, which is perfect for walking, jogging, swimming, shelling, surfing and fishing.

Our one of a kind duplex beach house is located in a less populated, quiet residential neighborhood known as Holgate, which is at the southern part of the island. Our beach house is located one and a half miles from the center of the Town of Beach Haven, where you will find wonderful shops, restaurants, performing arts center and island amusements. We are also just about one mile from the end of the island where you will find a wildlife sanctuary and excellent fishing.

Wake up to the sounds of the surf from our master bedroom which overlooks the ocean, and relax and enjoy the sunsets on the upper and lower decks. Our wonderful recently renovated air conditioned home offer all the amenities necessary to make your vacation a wonderful experience. With 1100 Sq Feet of living space Our fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer and More ! Our 3 bedrooms all have new sealy posturepedic mattresses. A king size bed and flat screen HDTV w/DVD player compliment the master bedroom along with the private wraparound deck offering unparalleled ocean views. The second bedroom had 2 single beds which can be put together to form a king, a flat screen HDTV w/ DVD Player. The third has a bunkbed/futon combination with color TV and VCR with childrens video library.
On the main level our living room has a large screen HDTV with DVD player, Stereo, Futon convertable sofa as well as full size wraparound sofa, Just off the living room is a fully screened in porch offering unparalleled ocean views. Our lower deck offers the utmost privacy yet is just steps away from the ocean and our lifeguarded beach. Provided are all the necessaries for a great day on the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. At the end of the day relax and enjoy our outdoor shower with hot/cold water and to cap off that perfect day relax on the deck with your frontrow seat to the best oceanviews NJ has to offer while grilling dinner on our new gas fired BBQ. Should you feel adventurous we are just a short trip to all the amenities LBI has to offer. Take a 10 minute walk to the end of the island and view the lights of Atlantic city or just admire nature at it's best! Fishing is always abundant on either the ocean or a short 3 block walk to the calmer waters on the bay side of the Island. Bicycle riding is always a great way to explore as our location is on the quieter end of the island.
