Welcome to our home on the beautiful Caribbean Sea.   Located 5.2 miles north of San Pedro town, on Ambergris Caye, our newly renovated home boasts fantastic un-obstructed views of the Caribbean Sea.  Located right in front of Casa de Stepp, just 1/2 mile off the 90 feet of beautiful white sand beach, is the second largest reef in the world.  The crystal clear waters of the Caribbean shimmer with turquoise and blue colors and hold abundant tropical sea life.  Your access to world class diving, snorkeling and fishing are literally just steps away from our door. 

The quiet setting in the 'Playa Blanca' area of the caye is ideal for relaxation and tranquility.  Yet, just a few minutes walk up the beach are a number of full service resorts offering everything from a sumptuous meal for those nights you may not want to cook, to a re-juvenating massage to enhance your vacation experience.  

Our home is very comfortable and avails you to all the amenities you may require to enjoy your time here.  The kitchen has all new appliances including microwave oven, and the utensils provided are sure to please the discriminating chef in your group.  Your meals may be enjoyed inside on the dining table, or al fresco on the table out on the verandah overlooking the Sea.  There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining or drinks.  The sofa is a queen size convertible.  Flat screen television with satellite and DVD, as well as internet access are included for those wishing to stay connected to home.  A local cell phone is provided to call for water taxis, or make dining reservations. Groceries may be ordered via phone for delivery to the casa as well. The upstairs verandah wraps around 3 sides of our home displaying magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and reef, the lagoon to the west and pastoral views of the local flora and fauna to the north.   Downstairs, both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds (linens provided), remotely controlled air conditioners and french doors opening to the downstairs porch and fronting the Caribbean Sea.  Both bathrooms have walk in showers.  Hammocks are provided for relaxing under the palm trees on the lower porch area.  The utility room has new front loading washer and dryer units.  

Upon your arrival on the caye, your party will be met at the San Pedro airstrip where a taxi will take you for any needed supplies. Then, you will be transported by private boat to Casa de Stepp.  Supplies may also be ordered in advance via internet and will be waiting for you in the casa if you wish.  

Our local management team will be attentive to your needs, and can assist you in scheduling excursions such as scuba diving, flats or reef fishing, para sailing, zip-lining, cave tubing and zoo tours.  They also can arrange for kayak, bicycle and golf cart rentals.
