Superb location at 870 Third Street, 2nd Floor. This is a classic Ocean City beach house located on a quiet beach block on the north end. It's been completely repainted w/ refinished hardwood floors. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit with off-street parking. Start your day with a walk along the boardwalk, stop for some coffee and fresh baked cake donuts at Browns. Enjoy an easy walk to the beach, come back to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the evening on the large front porch. It's perfect for talking, eating and just relaxing. Everything is in walking distance to our house - boardwalk, playgrounds, tennis courts, and shops. You really can't find a better location or place to take your vacation this summer!
