Charming old Victorian house with period furniture and antiques located at the Head of Boothbay Harbor on a quiet side street in the downtown area. Sit on the sweeping, shaded front porch for breakfast, drinks and snacks. The large lawn is perfect for badminton and croquet. Cross the street to stroll along the Harbor and across the Foot Bridge from the East side to the West side of the Harbor. Off the central hall is large living room with a fireplace and French doors to the porch, a full kitchen, and a family dining room. The four bedrooms, two queen and two full are upstairs and have all necessary linens. A cozy fireplace rounds out the beautiful October days , ideal for foliage viewing.

Charter sailing and fishing boats,rent kayaks, or take a ferry boat to Monhegan Island artist's colony for a day trip and picnic. Nearby are public beaches and parks, tennis courts, a municipal golf course, horseback riding, hiking trails and museums. There are many antique shops in the area as well as a cinema and miniature golf course. Enjoy the band concerts on the Library lawn on Thursdays, the weekend entertainment and concerts at the Opera House and the productions of the Summer Playhouse.
