Horizon South is a gated, family friendly condo community located directly across the street from the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Horizon South is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Our condo is a comfortably furnished and decorated one bedroom unit in a single story complex within the resort. The bedroom has two comfortable queen-size beds, TV, dresser, and walk-in closet. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, sofa bed, 32" TV, and DVD. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a private fenced-in patio with an outdoor table and chairs for your enjoyment.  High speed internet access is provided.

We do not allow pets.  Smoking is not allowed in the condo.

We do not rent to singles under age 25.

• When you rent directly from an owner, you get a nicer condo at a better price. This is our personal condo.
• The condo you see here is the condo you get.  When you rent from a property manager, you never know what condo they'll put you in.  It may not look the same.
• We make the rental process easy.  We can take all forms of payment and do everything by phone or email.  You'll have everything before you leave home and your deposit will be returned promptly provided you leave the condo in good shape.
• We have many good reviews; either on web sites or in the guest book inside the condo.  We've never had an unhappy renter.

You'll feel completely at home on your vacation! As a guest at Horizon South, you will also have access to many amenities not offered at other complexes including 4 adult pools, one children's pool, Jacuzzi, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, 18-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard, children's swings, pool tables, and workout room.  Our condo is also equipped with high-speed internet access for your convenience!

Activities and attractions nearby include shopping, shelling, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, diving, surfing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, golf, water park, amusement park, helicopter tours, scooter/motorcycle rentals, as well as simply relaxing on the beach or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.  You'll definitely want to visit Pier Park.  It's just 1.5 miles from our condo.  Our condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Early Spring (Mar to mid-Apr) & Summer (Jun & Jul): $100/night; $650/week --  4 Nights Minimum
Late Spring (mid-Apr to May) & Late Summer (Aug): $80/night; $525/week -- 4 Nights Minimum
Fall & Winter (Sep - Feb): $60/night; $400/week -- 3 Nights Minimum
Notes: Jan-Feb monthly rate $700-750

Rates do not include $150 security/damage deposit, 12.5% sales taxes, or cleaning fee.
Deposit is fully refunded after your stay provided there is no damage to the condo.

FeesTax Rate: 12.5% Cleaning: $20-45 depending on length of stay.

Cancellation Policy:  If you have to cancel, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 rebooking fee.
