The home is located 10 minutes away from the southeast valley newest mall San Tan Village. We are a 30 minute drive from Scottsdale and 10 minutes from Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler AZ There are at least 10 Golf Courses within 20 minute drive and spring training baseball camps for at least 4 MLB teams within 20 minutes drive from the house.
