Inside the three bedroom, two and a half bath cabin, the kids (and
you) will love the wilderness lodge theme featuring the whitetail
deer, bear, and moose. The Whitetail Deer Room has a king-size log
bed. The Moose Room has a queen-size log bed. The Bear Room has a
twin-over-full log bunk bed. Have fun with the PS2, board games, or
sit back and watch great movies or cable TV programs on the
wide-screen LCD High-Definition TV.
Outside the cabin, relax on the covered front porch and enjoy the
sweeping pastoral views of rolling meadows and the nearby mountains.
On a quiet day or night you can hear the stream from the pasture
across the property. The oversized deck has a gas grill for those
evening barbecues.
Far from the madding crowd, yet centrally located if you wish to visit
major attractions in the North Carolina mountains:

* Wolf Ridge Ski resort - 15 minutes
* South Toe River / Carolina Hemlocks Recreation - 25 minutes

We provide your initial paper and cleaning products as well as basic cooking supplies. Wireless internet access. Wireless cell phones work well here. Well-behaved and trained pets are welcome.

$150 - $195 per night based on number of bedrooms and guests. The
cabin can be rented as a 2-bedroom/1.5 bath (Moose & Bear Rooms - max.
6 guests) or as a 3-bedroom/2.5 bath (Deer, Moose & Bear Rooms - max. 8
guests) accommodation.
