Our large, open, Key West style home is a short walk from the
white sugary sand on one of the beach's nicest streets.

Upstairs features three bedrooms and two baths (1800 sq ft),
huge living room with entertainment center and two sitting areas.
Dining room has seating for eight plus 3 more at the Kitchen Bar area.
Outdoor screened dining off the living room offers great space to relax
and unwind. Romantic king-size master has en suite bath with separate sink area. A screened lanai provides a quiet spot where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Queen size and twin bedrooms in a separate hallway share a spacious second bathroom.

Downstairs, a two bedroom Guest Apartment on the ground
floor provides accessible living with queen-sire and twin
bedrooms, and a full bath. Separate TV, kitchen, and laundry.

Lots of great area attractions including museums, water parks, the Shell Factory, Naples Zoo, casino boats and excursions to the everglades. Water sports abound - lots of tasty restaurants nearby.

Heated Private Pool, 6 person hot tub, 2 zones of Centralair-conditioning, gas BBQ grill, outside after-swim shower, washer/dryer, Hotel Grade linens included that are prpofessionally laundered and sanitized,

or 30 days in advance anytime. 2BR downstairs also available for
last minute booking. Only one unit can be rented so you will not
be sharing.

rent to groups of singles under 30 or teens with chaperones.
