decks that are over fifty foot long. This is a brand new luxury
single home less than 100 yards to dedicated white sand
beach.
Second floor master with views from king bed, its own
custom bath, walk in tile shower with rain heads and deck
access. First floor master with queen bed, tiled
bath/shower, and rear yard access. Second floor guest
bedroom with queen bed, its own bathtub/shower and deck
access. Third floor bedroom adjacent to full bath has two
twin beds and deck access.
Fabulous great room and living area on third floor with
awesome views,16' tile flooring, corner fireplace, 37' Flat
screen LCD HD TV, custom maple kitchen, corian tops,
and stainless appliances. All new furnishings! Relax in all
the comfortable porch furniture. All decks have plenty of
sunshine available, but are also covered from any wet
weather. There are three TV's ,VCR's and DVD's,a new
washer and dryer and seven palm trees at this tropical
paradise. Luxury means we supply all pillow cases, sheets
and towels!
Walk to the famous beach restuarant and pub "Toucans" on
the Gulf.
