"We recently returned from a trip to this gorgeous villa that is literally right on Palma Sola bay and a 3 minute drive to more beaches on Anna Maria Island. Everything about the villa as described in the ad was dead on the money....in fact, we all commented that the place was much bigger than it actually appeared in the ad! You can lie in the master bed and watch the sun rise over the bay and see the dophins swim by....not bad living! We even saw a Manatee come up the Bay in front of the unit one morning! You can walk for under 1 minute and be right on the beach at Palma Sola, that abutts the property, where there is great jet skiing, swimming and fishing. Heck, there is even space to dock your own boat if you have one! All of the bedrooms were gorgeous and mint, mint, mint as were all the bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so please keep that in mind. The kitchen is simply spectacular and we easily accomodated all guests with plates, cooking, etc. If you're looking for restaurants, stores, etc they are only a 3 minute drive away as well. Mark, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and you can be sure that when we're back down, and we will be, we will be coming back to this gorgeous place! By the way, if anyone is thinking of staying at this villa, by Anna Maria, it simply is the best place to vacation on the west coast of Florida....gorgeous beaches, funky low key character....you will love it!!! And by all means go to the Sandbar restaurant on the North end of the Island for a sunset drink and bite to eat.....you will not be disappointed!Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway, Peace & quite Getaway, Families with Teenagers."

 When you check out the scenery drive just 3 minutes to other beautiful Beach starting with Manatee Beach just down the road on Anna Maria Island. It has all the public nessecities, i.e., public bathrooms, including; entertainment, shopping, dining, beach volleyball, kids playground on the beach and so much more. You can even ride a bike there on safe concrete boardwalk. Yes, 2 bikes included.

From my private docks you can go deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Kayak to Perico Bayou, or to Robinson Preserve, etc. Watch for Manatee! Or, if you don't have a boat go to one of the many nearby Marinas to rent one and ride boat directly to my private dock. 

Walk 5 minutes to gorgeous Robinson's preserve! Use my two bikes to ride to this Nature Preserve using the safe paved bike and walking ways. This wildlife reservation has freshly paved trailed for walking or biking. We saw 4 dolphins, 2 manatee, 1 eagle, several osprey, and other wildlife on our last visit to the Preserve! Walk the Heron trail and watch the graceful large Heron as they show off their fishing skills. If paddling is your prefrence rent a kayak, or bring your own and paddle through the Mangroves, Perico Bayou.  Find Horse Shoe crabs in the bubbling Mangrove river. Paddle there from your Villa! While at the Preserve also Watch for Parrots, and oh yeah did I mention addmission is FREE?? Climb the 5 story (+/-) Nature Reserve tower and look at the view for miles and miles. It's nature completely unspoiled!

Recharge your battery! Fish from my dock or pier for Drum fish, Snook, or several other popular fish. Even the fishing Poles and accessories are included! Or just sit out and soak in the sunshine. While on the dock last week I had two Dolphins swim right up to me! They chased a school of fish and my step son caught 3 fish in under a minute. It was like a dream!
