Go to a different beach every day!! See pictures to get an idea of the incredible Bay view from my property. If you want RELAXATION this is definitely the place for you. When you sit out on your 2 covered balconies, by the pool, 47' long pier, or large lawn area under the palms, you are in your own private paradise. Just soak in the sunshine & enjoy the serinity. "We recently returned from a trip to this gorgeous villa that is literally right on Palma Sola bay and a 3 minute drive to more beaches on Anna Maria Island. Everything about the villa as described in the ad was dead on the money....in fact, we all commented that the place was much bigger than it actually appeared in the ad! You can lie in the master bed and watch the sun rise over the bay and see the dophins swim by....not bad living! We even saw a Manatee come up the Bay in front of the unit one morning! You can walk for under 1 minute and be right on the beach at Palma Sola, that abutts the property, where there is great jet skiing, swimming and fishing. Heck, there is even space to dock your own boat if you have one! All of the bedrooms were gorgeous and mint, mint, mint as were all the bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so please keep that in mind. The kitchen is simply spectacular and we easily accomodated all guests with plates, cooking, etc. If you're looking for restaurants, stores, etc they are only a 3 minute drive away as well. Mark, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and you can be sure that when we're back down, and we will be, we will be coming back to this gorgeous place! By the way, if anyone is thinking of staying at this villa, by Anna Maria, it simply is the best place to vacation on the west coast of Florida....gorgeous beaches, funky low key character....you will love it!!! And by all means go to the Sandbar restaurant on the North end of the Island for a sunset drink and bite to eat.....you will not be disappointed!Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway, Peace & quite Getaway, Families with Teenagers."

 When you check out the scenery drive just 3 minutes to other beautiful Beach starting with Manatee Beach just down the road on Anna Maria Island. It has all the public nessecities, i.e., public bathrooms, including; entertainment, shopping, dining, beach volleyball, playground on the beach and so much more. You can even ride a bike there on safe concrete boardwalk. Yes, 3 bikes & Schwinn helmets included.

From my private docks you can go deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Kayak to Perico Bayou, or to Robinson Preserve, etc. Watch for Manatee! Go to one of the many nearby Marinas and enjoy a day of deep sea fishing. 

Walk or, ride our new bikes, or, use our kayak to tour INCREDIBLE Robinson's nature preserve! See picture with arrow pointing to our villa in close proximately to the Preserve. Ride paved trail at this Nature Preserve using the safe paved bike and walk ways. Or, use our kayak & paddle the marked trails! This top rated wildlife reservation is home to some endangered species including MANATEE and Bald Eagles! We saw 4 dolphins,  1 eagle, several osprey, and other rare wildlife on our last visit to the Preserve! Walk the Heron trail and watch the graceful large Heron as they show off their fishing skills. If paddling is your preference kayak out from our beach under bridge to the Reserve. Paddle Perico Bayou and Mangrove tunnels a must! Did I mention addmission is FREE?? Climb the 5 story (+/-) Nature Preserve tower & look at the best 360 degree nature view in southern FL! It's nature completely unspoiled! "Like going back in time a million years". You'll see 50 miles in every direction, Anna Maria Island, not to mention the Bald eagles that nesting during certian times of the year, and lots of other rare birds. Walk out over the long pier over Perico Bay and watch the daily show where Ospreys display their fishing skills and grab fish right out of the water. Pack a lunch and eat at one of the picnic areas nestled among the mangroves or along the shores reminiscent of Burmuda beach landscapes.

No need to leave our back yard. Recharge your battery! Fish from my dock or pier for Drum fish, Snook, or several other popular fish. Even the fishing Poles & accessories are included!
