If you are looking for a great family vacation spot with plenty of room and all the amenities your family will want - but you want it at a budget price -  this is the house for you!

The Keuka Lake Lodge is a 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom private home. The Lodge has all the amenities you are looking for in a relaxing family vacation - Air Conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, games for the kids - ping pong, Sony PS2 Video game system, awesome beach and lakefront. The Lodge has off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property.

The house has a private beach with dock and swim raft. The docking system has capacity for one boat. The beach and dock are available for the exclusive use of rental guests. Many guests bring their own boat or rent one from a local marina during their stay.

The house is over 4,000 square feet of living space and is the ideal spot for a large family vacation rental. Our maximum capacity is 12 people.

The house has been completely rennovated and freshly painted. The fixtures in all 3 Full bath rooms are lovely fresh and new! Your family will be very pleased with our immaculately clean and newly appointed bath rooms.

The First floor has one bedroom and one full bath,  a large family room with Flat Screen TV, VCR & DVD and sofa and two Lazy Boy recliners, lagre kitchen with two refrigerators, pantry, new refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dining room with seating for 12, and an eat-in kitchen.

Second floor has 5 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. The second floor also has a lounge area with Sofa , TV and PS2 Game System. The South wing bedrooms have sliding glass doors with balconies. The House is equipped with a second floor washer and dryer.

Kitchen has dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and all the cookware,dishes and glasses you will need. The house offers dining areas dining room with seating for 12 people and eat-in kitchen with seating for 10.

The house has Two King beds, One Queen bed, and Two Full sized (double) beds and Two Twin beds.  Basic rental fee includes sheets,  blankets and pillows. Rental guests will need to bring their own towels.

Our recreation building also has a full-size ping pong table for the enjoyment of the entire family! Recreation building closed from 10/31 to 6/1 each year.

Rental guests may also use one of two local fitness centers on a daily or weekly basis for a small  fee.

Fall Weekend Rates are $800 plus a refundable security deposit of $400 for a 2 night stay.* Please note we have a 2 night minimum for weekend rentals.  Additional nights available for only $300 more per night.

* This is a special promotional rate with the Lodge picking up the 4% County Occupancy tax for fall 2009 weekend rental guests.

Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included in the rental fee for Fall Weekend rentals.  Rentals guests do need to bring their own towels.
