Welcome from the staff at the Keuka Lake Lodge!  If you are looking for a great family vacation spot with plenty of room and all the amenities your family will want -  this is the house for you!

The Keuka Lake Lodge is a 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom private home. The Lodge has all the amenities you are looking for in a relaxing family vacation - Air Conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, games for the kids - ping pong, Sony PS2 Video game system, awesome beach and lakefront. The Lodge has off street parking for up to 8 vehicles. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer on the property.

The house has a private beach with dock and swim raft. The docking system has capacity for one boat. The beach and dock are available for the exclusive use of rental guests. Many guests bring their own boat or rent one from a local marina during their stay.

The house is over 4,000 square feet of living space and is the ideal spot for a large family vacation rental. Our maximum capacity is 12 Guests.

The house has been completely rennovated and freshly painted. The fixtures in all 3 Full bath rooms are lovely fresh and new! Your family will be very pleased with our immaculately clean and newly appointed bath rooms and household features.

The first floor is gracious living at its best!  Features include a large family room with Flat Screen TV, VCR & DVD, sofa, love seat and two Lazy Boy recliners. The family hang out spot - The Kitchen has an extremely large eat-in kitchen (seating for 10)  with pantry, new refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave. In addition to eat-in Kitchen the house has a  First Floor dining room  seating for 12. The first floor has One Bedroom, One full bath, and a den with Internet access.

Second floor has 5 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. The second floor also has a lounge area with Sofa , TV and PS2 Game System. The South wing bedrooms have sliding glass doors with balconies. The House is equipped with a second floor washer and dryer.

Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and all the cookware, dishes and glasses you will need.

The house has Two King beds, One Queen bed, and Two Full sized (double) beds and Two Twin beds.  Basic rental fee includes sheets,  blankets and pillows. All you need to bring are towels! 

Our recreation building also has a full-size ping pong table for the enjoyment of the entire family! Recreation building open from June to October each year.

Rental guests may also choose from two local fitness centers on a daily or weekly basis for a small  fee.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday - weekly only in summer

The Weekly Rental rate is $3,200

Refundable Security Deposit is $400

House Cleaning Fee is $125

Yates County NY Charges a 4% Lodging tax = $128

Total we collect $3,853       

Final Cost Per Week $3,453

Fall Season Weekend Rates are $800 plus a $100 cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit of $400 for a 2 night stay.* Please note we have a 2-night minimum for weekend rentals.  Additional nights available for only $300 more per night. Off-Season Weekly rentals are $2,300 a week.

Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included in the rental fee for Spring Weekend rentals.  Rentals guests do need to bring their own towels.
