features an inviting foyer, living room, dining room, ample seating
in the family and adjoining kitchen/dinette. The family room with
fireplace, board games, books, movies and leather sofa recliner
allows for plenty of family memories. Our spacious kitchen has a
pass through window for easy access to outside pool entertaining.
The master bedroom suite with ceramic tiled features a king-size bed,
walk-in closet, TV, VCR, DVD, view of the water and sliding doors to
the spa/pool area. The second guest bedroom features a queen-size
bed, TV, and sliding doors with pool and water view. Last but not
least, the third bedroom offers two twin-beds, TV and sliding doors
facing the water.
This is truly a home-away-from-home. So let the relaxation and fun

The property is beautifully decorated, fully equipped with a
Fireplace, Central air conditioning, private heated pool, spa and
dock, oversized screened lanai, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer, iron, blow
dryers, phone, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils,
toaster, coffee maker, linens, beach towels, cable TV,VCR/DVD, water
toys, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella are available for your use.

The island which is 4 miles by 6 miles in size, makes getting around
easy. The island is graced with miles of white-sand beaches,
beautiful year-round weather, plenty of recreational activities from
shelling, boating, fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, sailing,
kayaking, sunset cruises, biking, golf, tennis, racquetball,
basketball, fitness centers, public library, YMCA, recreational
parks, movie theater, churches, retail shopping, and breath taking
sunsets. Nature lovers will enjoy watching Manatees, Dolphins in the
waterways, Bald Eagles, Pelicans, and even Sea Turtles that are part
of the Island�s wildlife.
Marco Island is situated at the northernmost point of the
picturesque Ten Thousand Islands and just south of Naples, located
on the Gulf of Mexico. The island is the southernmost beach
community on the Gulf Coast of Florida, a 45 minute drive from Ft.
Myers Airport, 20 minutes from Naples Airport, 2 hour drive from
Miami/South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, 2.5 hours to Universal Studios
and 3.5 hours to Disney. We also have the Key West Shuttle to Key
West for the day trips leaving daily from Marco Island. Lots of
shopping, beach stores to outlet malls; airboat and nature tours are
all nearby.
