One bedroom has 2 double beds and one has 2 twin beds.living room sofa folds out into a double bed.Kitchen has electric range,refrigerator and microwave.Pots,pans,dishes,silverware included.Cable tv in living room,3 window a/c units and all rooms have a ceiling fan.Renters must bring their own linens,bath towels and beach towels etc..
activities and attractions in Strathmere New Jersey
Close to all activities with Sea Isle City a couple miles to the south and Ocean City 1 mile to the north.25 minutes to Atlantic City Casinos and about 30 minutes to Cape May Zoo.There is a free public loading ramp just five blocks away on the bay.Also just a couple blocks away are several restaurants one of them right on the bay with a beautiful sunset view.
vacation rental rates
Rates are $1500 a week with a $300 security deposit.Week runs from Saturday to Saturday.At least half of rental fee with security deposit due at booking to reserve property.Payment in full due no later than 2 weeks prior to rental date.
