Off Season January 5th through Feb. 10th and Feb. 11th through April 6th. April 14th through May 4th. Sept. 15th through Nov. 16th. Nov. 24th through Dec. 21st. $895.00/week. Two night minimum stay at $100.00 per night.
Mid Season May 5th through June 8th and August 18th through September 14th $1095.00/week. Two night minimum stay at $220.00 per night.
Peak Season June 9th through August 17th. Saturday to Saturday ONLY $1795.00/week. No nightly rentals during this time frame.
Holidays: Easter Week 2012 April 7th through April 13th. Thanksgiving week Nov. 17th through November 23rd. Christmas & New Year's Dec. 22nd through Jan. 4th 2013. $1095.00/week. Two night Minimum stay at $220.00 per night.
