This beautiful 3-level condo is located right at the top of the main ski lift at Hidden Valley Resort. Capable of sleeping up to 18 guests in beds, it's ideal for that two or three family winter getaway. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dining room that seats eight (great for a holiday meal) plus three at the breakfast bar. Living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV for watching the big game.
Just across the road from the ski lift or close to the pool, this unit is the perfect location for year round entertainment!
Unit can be rented with it's two neighboring condos, 1101 and 1102 Forbes Lane for 12 bedroom, 9-1/2 bath, sleeps 40. Great for family reunions, weddings and golf outings.

Four bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths. Upstairs bedrooms feature one king and two queen beds, downstairs bedroom has a double bed and four sets of bunk beds. Spacious dining room and kitchen for handling a larger group. Flat screen TV over the gas fireplace. Game room has gaming area for the kids and a day bed with trundle for extra sleeping needs (not included in the eighteen). Unit is air-conditioned with a great view of the slopes, ski-in, ski-out. Extra dining sets off the living room area and seating for four in gameroom.

*Weekly rates are based on Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday stays. Additional fee applies for Saturday to Saturday stay.
Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums and higher rates.
Winter weekends require a Friday and Saturday stay.
Winter seasonal rentals are available, call ahead for rates.
Seasonal rentals are available from December 15th-March 15th.
9% tax due on any rental shorter than 30 days.
