Canvasback unit 401, located in the Tilghman Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is a lovely three bedroom, 2 full bath condo on the 4th floor of this four-story building.

Located just one block off the beach, you can relax and watch the waves of the ocean from the private screened-in patio in the front, or enjoy a view of the North Myrtle Beach skyline while sunbathing on the extra large sundeck (55’x11’).

Still want to see more? No problem! Walk around to the back screened-in patio and catch a view of the lake. The property has an outdoor pool situated by the lake.

The spacious, open floor plan of unit 401 is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. With three sliding doors opening on to the sundeck from the living room/dining area, and one from the front, ocean side bedroom, the condo is open, light, and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware.

There is a door that opens on to the sundeck from the kitchen. There is plenty of seating for dining with a table for six in the dining area, a round table for four right off the kitchen, and four bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The living room is very comfortable and cozy with a decorative fireplace to accentuate the décor and a wet bar that is cleverly concealed by a bi-fold door. Unit 401 has 2 TVs, a VCR/DVD combo, and a stereo player. Browse the bookcase in the living room and find a board game the whole family can enjoy!

From the front door entrance, there is a bedroom on the left that has a queen size bed and a sliding door that opens on to the sundeck area. The neighboring bathroom can be accessed from inside this bedroom.

This bathroom also has the large capacity washer and dryer in it. On the right from the front entrance, there is a second bedroom that features two full size beds. Down the hall from this bedroom is the other full bath and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a door that opens out on to the back screened-in patio with a view of the lake.

You’ll appreciate the generous closet and storage space throughout the condo – the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Linens and departure cleaning are provided at no additional cost to you.

You are only a short drive from live entertainment at the Alabama Theatre or House of Blues located in Barefoot Landing. Shops, restaurants, wildlife and more await you at this North Myrtle Beach landmark. Broadway at the Beach is only a 20 minute car ride south on Hwy 17 bypass and is also filled with lots of family fun! Scattered all along the strand you will find miniature golf courses galore, restaurants of every kind, water parks and rides, and live shows.
