Our beautiful condo, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, is a level, 30 second stroll away from Ekahi's lovely ocean front pool, beach pavilion (with BBQ area, complete kitchen and shower facilities) and private access to top-rated, 1/2 mile-long, Keawakapu Beach. Building 7 is the closest building to the ocean front pool in Ekahi.
From inside the condo and on the lanai, the sights and sounds of the ocean, surf and sand are very soothing. Enjoy whale-watching (November through March) and gorgeous sunsets and views of Haleakala (the world's largest dormant volcano) from our very private and tranquil lanai.
The condo has been professionally decorated with all new Hawaiian style furnishings. All aspects of the remodel have been made with high quality, comfort and luxury being the final result. As 7G is our home for part of the year, it has been outfitted with that in mind. The condo has cathedral ceilings in the dining & living areas, as well as the master bedroom. The remodel of the kitchen, dining and living areas includes top of the line stainless steel appliances, solid maple cabinets, granite countertops, travertine flooring and woven wood window coverings.
The remodel of the bathrooms includes granite and marble countertops, onyx and marble sinks, solid maple cabinets, completely tiled walk-in showers, large dressing areas and sizeable closets with built-ins for your storage needs. The master bedroom has a lovely office area with high speed WiFi internet and a printer/copier/scanner/fax. There is tri-zone ductless A/C throughout and ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining & living areas, as well as the master bedroom. The spacious lanai has a Weber BBQ, dining set, lounger for relaxation, new tile, ceiling fan and solar shades.
Ekahi Village is very low density (54 two-story buildings on 33 acres of lush, tropical gardens) and has 3 quiet pools (in addition to the ocean front pool), shuffleboard and paddle tennis. It is located on the warm, dry and sunny side of Maui. The Wailea area has several other wonderful beaches, excellent golf courses, tennis courts, world class hotels and restaurants.
