Fantastic Location! You will enjoy the beautiful stretch of sandy beach that lies in front of Xanadu III. Located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, unit 701 at Xanadu III is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath corner condominium on the 7th floor. The property features an oceanfront outdoor pool with a sundeck and on-site parking. There is an elevator for your convenience.
This lovely oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen adequately stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals while you are visiting the beach. There is also a washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room has a loveseat, sofa, chair, and rocking chair to make you feel right at home and a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony. After a long day on the beach, enjoy watching a family movie on the flat screen TV in the living room!. There are a total of 3 TV’s and VCR/DVD combo in living room. This unit has internet access.
The master suite has a king size bed and a sliding door that opens out onto a balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom also has king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds. There is a full bath between the twin and the other king bedroom that is shared. The queen bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Great dining and shopping awaits you at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Barefoot Landing is a 5 minute car ride south and Broadway at the Beach is only 15 minutes south of Xanadu III.
