Welcome to our beautiful five bedroom, 3.5 bath home located at the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes and perfectly positioned on the banks of a natural lake and surrounded by acres of peaceful conservation area.  Sunset Lakes is in the enviable position of being genuinely only 4 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and the other Disney Theme Parks and approximately 15-20 minutes from Universal, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Florida's newest waterpark Aquatica.

Restaurants, Championship Golf Courses, Shops, Supermarkets and Malls are all within a 2-mile radius.

The Villa centers around a large Family Room with Cable TV & DVD, a Sunny Breakfast Nook and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Cooker, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven and a Large Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker and Tableware and Silverware for up to 16 people. 

The Games Room has a Beautiful Mahogany Slate Bed Pool Table, a Foosball Table and an Illuminated Darts Board.

There are Full Laundry Facilities with US Style Washer and Dryer and all rooms are Fully Heated/ Air-Conditioned for year round comfort.  All Linens, Towels and Pool Towels are provided and we also offer our guests free use of a Key Operated Safe for your valuables and Free Internet Broadband Connection.

Our villa has the luxury of 2 Master Suites, one with a King Size bed and the other with a Queen Size bed.  Both suites have large Ensuite Bathrooms with a Walk-in Shower, Large Garden Tub, Twin Hand Basins and Separate Toilets.  There are a further 3 bedrooms, one with a Full size Double bed and 2 with Twin Beds.  We also have a Rollaway bed and a Cot/Crib with bedding provided.

With Cable TV's and DVD's in all but one of the bedrooms and Board Games and Pool Toys available for the younger children we can be sure that everything is here for everyone to enjoy busy days at the theme parks, shopping or playing golf and then to take time at the end of the day to relax on the pool deck, sit back with a cool refreshing drink and enjoy the spectacular sunsets that this property is so fortunate to be able to watch!

The private pool (with optional heating available) overlooks the beautiful peaceful lake. Fishing is permitted either from around the edge of the lake or from the new lakeside Gazebo. Our Pool Deck is equipped with plenty of comfortable Sun Loungers and Cushioned chairs to allow you to relax and sunbathe. A Gas BBQ/Grill with complimentary gas is supplied, and we also have a large covered Lanai with lights and a ceiling fan to allow for comfortable Al-Fresco dining or just to offer some shade from the Florida Sunshine.
