Beautiful, all new inside, two bedroom waterfront condominium on a sandy beach on the North end of Elk Lake. Near Elk Rapids and Traverse City. Over 1400 square feet, 11 foot ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Sandy beach perfect for swimming, with beach furniture and picnic tables. Large deck overlooking the lake with patio furniture and gas grill. Only two other condos in complex, so a peaceful setting. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island bar.

Elk Lake is a wonderful sand bottomed eight mile long swimming lake and is part of the chain of lakes that includes Lake Skegemog and Torch Lake.

Master bedroom has a king bed and walkin closet, second bedroom has a queen bed. Air bed available for extra sleeping. Tennis courts, playground equipment and basketball courts are across the street at the township park.

Bed and kitchen linens are provided. Please bring your bath and beach towels.

Central air, cable tv, dishwaher, microwave, refrigerator w/ ice maker, gas grill.
Smoking allowed outside on deck. No smoking or pets in unit.

Wonderful swimming and boating on Elk Lake. Near great restaurants, antiquing, golf, fishing, movie theatre in Elk Rapids. Within 30 minutes of Traverse City and Charlevoix.

May-June - $800 per week + 6% MI tax
July, August & September - $1200 per week + 6% MI tax
Nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 rent is due to confirm reservation
Balance of rental is due 21 days prior to reservation date.
Rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
