When you rent from us for 1 WEEK or more, we will take you out diving with us
on ONE of our tropical fish collecting expeditions. There is no charge for
diving the first day out. There is no guarantee we will be able to take you out
(especially in the winter) if the weather is bad and seas are over 5'. Hookah
diving is how we dive. Its the same as tank diving. But with surface supplied
air to a dive regulator. We use 4 150' air lines to put 4 divers down at a time.
No certification needed. Its very easy and will be an experience you will never
forget. Only 4 people can dive at a time.

We have a private roof top Tiki Bar, BBQ area and private roof top sun deck
for you to use. Also a 60' hanging suspension bridge.

This rental is at MM 92.5 in Tavernier. Just 5-10 miles N. of Islamorada and
5-10 miles S of Key Largo. We list different areas because no one has ever
heard of Tavernier. We think of this area as a nicer area because its between
both towns and clean & Quiet.

No other hidden charges. 2 night min. stay. No maid service. If there's a
hurricane all deposits will be returned. We are trying to keep away from
cleaning fees. So far most people leave it in pretty nice shape before leaving.

We are in a quiet neighborhood at MM 93 ocean side in Tavernier (Harry Harris
Park) 1.5 miles from US1. 750 feet from the ocean. Not on the water. The
apartment has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator, Queen Bed, AC, Microwave oven, Large BBQ grill on the  roof, coffee pot and all utensils. There is a full bathroom. There is a flat screen tv
and DVD with extended cable in the room. Also free high speed
Internet access. Washer and dryer. There is a Koi pond outside. The apartment is downstairs We have many live marine tropical fish that are stored for here public aquariums around the country. We are collectors and wholesalers of these fish. You can see our business site at
TomsCaribbeanDOTcom. You will get to see beautiful live Caribbean tropical fish
any time you would like to visit them.We are suppliers to pet shops and public
aquariums.

There is a large OCEANSIDE park with 2 baseball fields, the best boat ramp in
the area, basketball court, outside showers, a swimming area, kids play area,
BBQ grills and picnic tables and one of the only public sandy beaches in the
upper Keys. Spend a beautiful sunny day at the beach and walk back to your
apartment. Our swimming area (saltwater pool) is located at the park and is a
protected saltwater swimming area. Park hours are 8:00 AM to sunset.

We
also have a canoe free to use and a great canoeing area less than a block away.


We are close to the main land but yet far enough away to be in the Keys
without having to drive for hours to get here. 70 Min from Miami airport and the
Everglades. 90 miles from Key West. Right in the middle of everything.
