Our rentals will be available while we are gone in Sept and Oct. But we will not be here to offer diving or will not have any fish in our tanks. Everything else will be available

No other hidden charges. No maid service. If there's a hurricane all deposits will be returned. We are trying to keep away from cleaning fees. So far most people leave it in pretty nice shape before leaving. If possible............Please help out a little before you leave. 

We are in a quiet neighborhood at MM 93 ocean side in Tavernier (Harry Harris Park) 1.5 miles from US1 750' from ocean. The apartment has a kitchenette, with a refrigerator, Microwave oven, Large BBQ grill, Hot Plate, coffee pot and all utensils. There is a large shower in a full bathroom. There is a TV with extended cable and a VCR. Also free high speed Internet access. There is a Queen size bed. and a large closet. This is an efficiency apartment. It is one large room with cold AC and a washer and dryer. The apartment is downstairs We have many live marine tropical fish that are stored for here public aquariums around the world. We are collectors of these fish. You can see our business site at TomsCaribbeanDOTcom.  You will get to see beautiful live Caribbean tropical fish any time you would like to visit them.

When you rent from us for 1 WEEK or more, we will take you out diving with us on ONE of our tropical fish collecting expeditions. There is no charge for diving. There is no guarantee we will be able to take you out (especially in the winter) if the weather is bad. Hookah diving is how we dive. Its the same as tank diving. But with surface supplied air to a dive regulator. We use 4 150' air lines to put 4 divers down at a time. No certification needed. Its very easy and will be an experience you will never forget. Only 4 people can dive at a time. No where can you go diving without being certified. You also get people that will show you the best places to go to make the best of your time in the Keys.

There is a large OCEANSIDE park with 2 baseball fields, a boat ramp, basketball court, outside showers, a swimming area, kids play area, BBQ grills and picnic tables and one of the only sandy beaches in the upper Fl Keys. Spend a beautiful sunny day at the beach and walk back to your apartment. Our swimming area (saltwater pool) is located at the park and is a protected saltwater swimming area.

We also have a canoe free for you to use and a great canoeing area less
than a block away.

We are close to the main land but yet far enough away to be in the Keys without having to drive for hours to get here. 70 Min from Miami airport and the Everglades. 90 miles from Key West. Right in the middle of everything.
