Deposit/Cancellations:
Payable thru Paypal, check or cashiers check.   A deposit of 50% of rental amount plus tax is required to hold the reservation...rental will be held for 7 days to allow for mail time for check deposit or 2 days for Paypal deposit.   Balance plus cleaning fee and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.   The lockbox code for keys will be given a week prior to stay.  Cancelations: 30 days or more prior to rental, you receive a refund less one nights lodging.  Less than 30 days prior rental,  no refund is due and you will owe full rental amount.   No refunds for early departures.
