Fully enclosed swimming pool area making it very safe for children. The property has 4 bedrooms 3 Bathrooms,2 Master suites with en suite bathrooms 2 Twin Rooms.Heated swimming pool and spa, with funky LED lighting making a special effect at night, just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney parks. Fully gated community.

Our home is fully equipped for your stay. Our kitchen has Cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, glassware, crockery, cooking utensils, linens, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. We have a seperate Utility Room with washing machine, dryer, iron and clothes horse.
The villa has a 42' HD LCD TV, DVD, satellite, portable IPOD docking Station will play all your music as well having a radio, telephone with free local calls, Wireless Internet and a games room. Double sofabed. A Games room with Full Size Pool Table, Fuse Ball, Roulette game and Card Table with Bar area.

Only 50 mins from Cocoa beach and just 75 mins to Clear Water beach. Daytona is just 1 hour drive.
Only 15 mins drive from some of the top golf courses. Kissemmee Golf Course is just 10 mins drive and is a really nice 18 hole course built around the small airport. St Cloud Golf Course is just 15 mins Drive and Remmington is also just 5 mins away.
Orlando International airport is just 20 mins Drive,Sandford airport 40 mins. Car hire is recommended.
15 mins from all Disney Parks via the Florida Turnpike
Across the road from the Silver Spurs Arena at the Osceola Heritage Park.
Old Town of Kissimmee is only 10 mins away.
The villa is situated just off the US192 so all shops, banks, restaurants and bars are all within easy reach. Florida Mall 20 mins. Millenia Mall 20 mins. The Kissemmee Steakhouse is just across the road and serves the Best steaks Flame grilled anyway you like it!! It also has plenty of Seafood and a great bar with friendly staff.

A $250 refundable security deposit is required per home. No actual
charge is made unless there is careless damage to the home or
excessive cleaning is needed.
Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
