Surfing Playa Saladita - Ocean Front Home in Troncones

SURFING - Playa Saladita, Very Comfortable 2 bedroom home Ocean front home that sleeps 4 to 6 located on the beach 25 miles north of Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa. The house is just up the beach from world class LEFT POINT BREAK. There are several other very good surf spots in the area. Ocean water temp. is typically around 80 degrees. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a double bed, a bath and a closet. The 2 bedrooms are on the lower level, and there is a complete kitchen, living room, and dining area on the upper level. There are caretakers (young couple-Spanish only) on the site. 

Playa Saladita is +/-4 miles north of troncones via the local coastal highway Mexico 200.  There is a paved road from Los Llanos to the beach.

There are several restaurants down the beach, and there are numerous others to choose from in the community of Troncones (20 min. drive south)

The amenities include two 630 sq. ft. covered patios (upper and lower), a Palapa with outdoor shower next to the beach, 2 boogie boards, ceiling fans, air conditioning. and hot water in each bedroom.

SURFING (world class left point break down the beach), Boogie Boarding, Snorkling, Fishing, Miles of Sand Beach, Protected Swimming Area in front of the House, Surf board Rentals available at Lourdes' Bar in front of the Surf spot.

$850 US Dollars per week.  Require a $300 deposit to hold the reservation.  The balance is due 1 month prior to the rental date.  Discount long term rates available, please inquire.
