Separate bath with shower, Bunk beds that sleep 6. Total of 4 1/2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen, open floor plans seats 8. Adjoining all glass & wood sunroom that seats 10 or more. Absolutly beautiful lake views! Wireless internet connection, 2 flat panel tv's with DVD players, game room with ping pong table. 2 large decks, 1 covered, propane grill and private dock that includes sunning area. A short 5 minute boat ride will bring you to Flat Hollow Marinia. Marinia features a new restaurant, small store and weekend entertainment. Ski boat, jet ski, and pantoon boat rentals availiable. Boat launch ramp and full service gas station.

Secluded coves for great fishing, swimming and water sports.  A 1 hour drive will take you to the Great Smokie mountains, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for some great outlet shopping. Men will enjoy taking in a baseball game featuring the Tennessee Smokies or a University of Tennessee SEC football game in the fall.

Memorial Day to Labor Day - Weekly Rental, Sunday - Sunday  $4500 plus $250.00 cleaning fee per rental.
Daily Rental - $900.00 + $250.00 cleaning fee per rental.
Off Season - After Labor Day until Memorial Day - Weekly Rental - $2700.00 + $250.00 cleaning fee per rental.
Daily Rental $625.00 + $250.00 cleaning fee per rental.
