Cozy waterfront cottage on the Main Channel of Lake Norman. Enjoy the 6-mile view from the dock and boathouse, or unwind in the shaded backyard in a rocking chair, hammock or porch swing. Great for relaxing with family and friends. Fenced yard is perfect for the family dog. Wake up to the sunrise across the water while sipping your coffee on the screened-in porch. PLEASE NOTE: This property is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and is only available to adults at least 30 years of age and their children and guests. NOTE TO THOSE WITH PET ALLERGIES: This vacation property allows pets on occasion (dogs only and with owner approval). NO SMOKING indoors.

Bedroom #1 has queen bed for 2 adults, Bedroom #2 has double-size bunk bed that fits 2 adults on bottom and 2 children on top. Futon in office sleeps 2 adults. A/C. Fully-equipped open kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Gas grill on site for grilling out. Dine at the kitchen bar, dining table, porch table, or dockside table. Large living area with big-screen cable TV, DVD, and gas logs. BOATSLIP on premises. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils and linens (sheets, bath towels, and washcloths) are provided. Beach towels, etc must be provided by vacationer. While work is strongly discouraged at Traveller's Retreat, free wireless internet and a desk are available in the office.
