Summer season: April thru Oct $140/ night- $750/week- $2500/ month
Winter season: Nov thru March $180/ night- $950/week- $3400/ month

Cleaning fee: $100.

A $250 deposit is required at time of reservation.
50% of rental charge is required 2 months before arrival.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.

Checks and Pay Pal accepted.

Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to receive full refund. Full payment is expected for cancellation less than 30 days unless another renter is found.
