Summer season: June thru Sep $180/ night- $1,100/week
Winter season: Oct thru May $230/ night- $1500/week
Cleaning fee: $125 up to 4 guests and to $155 up to 8 guests (professional cleaning)
A $350 deposit is required at time of reservation ($500 for one month + stays)
50% of rental charge is required 2 months before arrival.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.
