Vacation Rental Rates

Summer season: May thru Oct $190/ night- $1,100/week
Winter season:    Nov thru April $230/night- $1650/week

Short stays and week-ends (min 3 nights) are subject to special rates (up to $275)

Cleaning fee: $145 up to 2 bedrooms- $175 up to 3 bedrooms, $200 up to 4 bedrooms(professional cleaning)

A $250 deposit is required at time of reservation ($350 for 2+ weeks, $500 for one month+ stays)

50% of rental charge is required 2 months before arrival.
Reservation must be paid in full 1 month before arrival.

Bank transfers, checks and credit cards with Pay Pal accepted.
