Top floor end unit has wraparound deck with panoramic views of the lagoon , shipyard golf course and professionally-done landscaping. The large deck w/patio furniture is easily accessed from both the living room and main entrance. A private pool is steps away for our guest and the 12 miles of prestine beach is a short three minute walk. A private beach locker at the Ocean club house is provided.
The interior of the unit offers a spacious layout , large windows and sky lights providing for a bright enviorment. The living area encompasses a guest room with twin beds and a master suite with king-size bed, sitting area and a private bathrrom. In addition , there is a eat-in kitchen, dining room with view , living room with vaulted ceiling and a fire place. There are four TV/cable and VCR and DVD players. There is a seperate laundry room with washer / dryer.
