Beautiful newly built cottage in the woods conveniently located in Horton Bay between Boyne City and Charlevoix! Built in 2006-07, this 4 bedroom home offers spectacular wooded views from all rooms -no lake view -there is  lake & beach  access!   Great room features hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, State of the art Bose entertainment system!  The fully equipped kitchen offers a dining nook and breakfast bar and access onto the expansive deck w/bose speakers - great spot to sit and enjoy nature and watch the sunsets! Take a leisurely walk down the winding lane and you will come to the Community Beach - shared by just the home owners on this lane.  White sand, swim raft for your use! - 60x190'-pure sand beach!  There is no parking at the beach area   -if you have someone in your party who would not be able to walk to the beach area, you could drive them down, you can unload but then the car must be taken back to cottage.  There is a shed with different homes  beach chairs in it for your use. Chairs (2) have homeowner names on them! If  you want to bring your boat, you will need to moor it at Boyne City Marina  @ a charge of $27/night -please call to confirm price and availability  -  not open till 5/15/11 - you can call Boyne City Hall for info on the Marina - Please  call Barb for phone numbers

Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave  -  gas grill - washer & dryer -    46" flat screen TV (NO TV SERVICE), DVD, Bose Entertainment Sysytem throughout home     

Main Floor    - Master Suite with  (multi head shower, jacuzzi tub - Queen size bed       Additional guest bedroom on main level w/full size bed - 2nd  bath                                                                                                                  Lower Walk-Out Level  -  offers 2 more guest bedrooms - 1 w/ 2 twins and 1 w/queen size bed - also queen sofa bed in lower level family room!. 3rd full bath on this level.  

There is not TV service - But there is a DVD player for watching movies.  Cabana at the beach with homeowners beach chairs in it for your use!

 Home sits on 1.3 acres -1600sq.ft. A/C - gas grill - no lake view from the home - beautiful view of woods from the large deck!

Abundance of year-round outdoor activities: Boyne Mountain skiing & golf, hiking, cross country skiing or snow-shoeing through Young State Park.  Boating, fishing & swimming in Lake Charlevoix, Springtime Morel mushroom hunting - and great spot for fall color tours!

$400.00 Reservation Deposit - becomes Security Deposit upon arrival will be refunded within 15 days of departure from Cottage with all being left in good shape!
