Fabulous two storey four bedroom house in quiet residential central Austin neighborhood.

Four generous bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 8 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs  providing added peace and quite. They are spacious with very comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton linens and cozy down comforters/duvets.

• stylish Queen platform bed with pillow top mattress 
• 2 Twin/Single beds, generous twin room

Downstairs there is a comfortable living room, with large flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD player, iPod speakers.

The separate dining room comfortably seats 8.

Austin is well known as the live music capital of the world, and being 10 minutes from downtown gives easy access for all that 6th street and the warehouse district has to offer: live music, bars, and dining oportunities for every taste and budget.

Just south of the river, is the vibrant, hip and creative area known as Soco (South Congress), with a collection of neighborhood bars, restaurants, boutiques, "junque" stores and coffee shops.

Closer to home, there are numerous restaurants, grocery and drug stores a few blocks north of Halcyon House on West Anderson Lane.

And ten minutes north The Domain offers a host of dining, retail and entertainment options, all in an open-air pedestrian-friendly environment.
