The house was beautifully and completely remodeled in 2008 and 2009. (Hardwood floors, new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture etc.) Three bedrooms, two modern baths. Brick fireplace. Beautiful patio in a tropical garden overlooking Santa Barbara and the harbor. From the private twin carport, a 25 step stairway takes you up to the house and the beautiful patio. it's that  simple:

•                     Low  season : $ 1000.- / week
•                     Mid   season : $ 1250.- / week
•                     High season : $ 1500.- / week

Four day weekends or other holidays are considered as high season.

To keep our place in best shape for you, we need a $ 150.- final cleaning fee.
Security deposit depends on length of stay.

For long term rentals (sabbaticals etc.), weekends or few days only, please ask for a quote!
