Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new home located in quiet gated community of Cumbrian  
Lakes park. It's a perfect location, 4 miles from us192 and 6 miles  
from disney. 
 
Cumbrian Lakes is an upscale community with small lakes,walking  
trails and a playground for children. 
 
Our home is spacious,comfortable and offers excellent accomodations  
for the whole family. The living area offers a big screen tv,dvd and  
stereo. There is also a formal dining room with formal living room  
with a couch that pulls out into a bed as well. 
 
There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size  
waterbed and the masterbath has a large garden tub and a stand up  
shower.The second room has twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen  
bed. 
 
We have converted the garage into a gameroom, it has a pool table, a  
basketball machine, and a 27 inch tv mounted on the wall. There is  
also a pub table with 2 chairs. 
 
We have a screened in kidney shape pool with table and chairs,and 2  
lounge chairs. 
 
This home has alot to offer at a resonable price and just minutes  
away from disney.
