It is a lovely townhouse located on the bay with the ocean beach across the street ...a five minute walk.
There are 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3 1/2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, the second has a 2 twins and the third has a queen size bed. Each of those bedrooms has a full bathroom attached to it. The den has a day bed and blow up mattress. A 1/2 bath is nearby. There is a community pool and community boat dock. A screened porch and deck provide beautiful sunsets.
