Cabarete offers an excellent choice of restaurants and night life, brilliant windsurfing and kite boarding conditions.

- Special Summer long term agreements possible
- Discounts of 20% if only 2 or less bedrooms are used
- No nightly rentals
- 25% non-refundable deposit required (50% for Xmas bookings) - deposit is forfeited but may be applied for another booking within one calendar year or may be forwarded to friends/family
- Maid service is included 6 times a week
- All 26% taxes are included (16% sales tax, 10% Gov. mandated service charge)
- If the villa is vacant 7 days prior to arrival we offer a 15% discount before taxes
