The unit has a WIFI, Satellite Direct TV (CNN, BLOOMBERG, HBO, CINEMAX, DISNEY, NICK ...) in English and Spanish, and French Cable TV (2nd Fl). This gated residence offers 4 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts. Several Restaurants are located within walking distance. A small shopping plaza with a pharmacy is within walking distance. The beaches of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minute drive. Marigot the French Capital is near. Airport is 10 minutes away.

Perfect place for a Family

My wife and 2 year old daughter along with our friends who have a 2 year old son stayed here for 4 nights and it was really perfect. The condo fit us perfectly. Right on the beach was key as we could go out in the early morning and the kids played in the sand as we got ready to drive to the different beaches on the island. The beaches were superb as most of them were very calm (like a lake) so very safe for the kids. We BBQ'd one night on the deck which was great.
Patrick (the owner) of the condo was very easy to work with and very accomodating and responded within minutes to anything we needed leading up to our trip.
I would def. rent his condo again and def. go back to St. Maarten.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Wonderful vacation get-away

We shared this great vacation with another couple and found the accommodations to be perfect for our needs. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Louise was exceptionally helpful and Patrick stayed in touch. Each couple had a very private bedroom and bath with comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were great and living room, outdoor dining and deck provided great places to relax and enjoy the beach view. We made good use of the swimming pool and enjoyed walking the beach (no swimming there because of sea urchins and rocky outcroppings). The site is very conveniently located to other great beaches, good restaurants and shopping. We rented a car and suggest that it is very helpful (even essential) to get the full St. Martin experience. We certainly recommend this rental and hope to return there again sometime.

Great place to stay

I had a fantastic time in st. Martin. A plus with where this property is located is its within a gated community. Being out of country and away from home safety is always a priority with me. The condo itself is just lovely with views to die for. This island is beautiful and there are so many things to do and see its a well worth vacation and I highly recommend going if the chance is fit.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
