Immaculate family townhouse. Beautifully furnished and decorated.  
Three levels plus finished basement. Sleeps up to 10 people. Great  
for two families. Two bedrooms, loft and finished basement make this  
townhouse a great vacation spot for large families. Entry to main  
level has mudroom that leads into fully equipped kitchen with  
breakfast counter, nicely decorated living area with wood stove and  
dining area. Second level full bath, 2 queen bedrooms. Third level  
loft with skylight sleeps 3 on twin beds.  
Finished basement has bunk beds and a pull out sleepsofa. Basement  
is a combo family room with TV/VCR and sleep area. Great for the  
kids!  
Full laundry room in basement. 
Seasonal heated pool, tennis and play area 100 yards away.  
              THIS IS A NO SMOKING NO PETS PROPERTY!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit has been completely painted and redecorated. Kitchen fully  
equipped dishwaser, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker and  
more. Great deck with gas grill. Full laundry room in basement and  
all linens included. Plenty of parking.

play area 100 yards away. Located near Glen, North Conway and  
central  
to all valley activities. Five minutes to skiing at Mt. Cranmore &  
Attitash, 30 minutes to Brettonwoods and Mt. Washington, 15 minutes  
to Wildcat Mountain, five minutes from North Conway shopping  
outlets,  
rock climbing at Cathedral Ledge, and swimming/kayaking in the Saco  
River. Two minutes to Storyland.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200.00 - $220.00 per night, two nights or more spring, summer and  
foliage season depending on season, days of week and number of days  
of rental.  
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. 
Winter weekend rentals available $265.00 per night.  
Winter weekdays $150.00 per night two night minimum. 
Check in at 3:00 p.m. Sunday and check out 11:00 a.m. Sunday.  
A 50% deposit and a refundable security deposit of $200.00 is due  
upon return of rental agreement. Balance due two weeks prior to  
rental period.
