Our Ocean Beach Cottage is located one block from the beach and two
blocks from the Ocean Beach Pier and the lively main street of Newport
Avenue. Sit on the deck and watch the blue ocean - cannot get better
than that! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves...

Lovingly restored cute and charming 1930's Beach Cottage was
completely renovated in 2008, offers all the comforts of a 'home away
from home'. Beautifully designed, true to the beach cottage style,
bright and airy, with hardwood and tile floors, fully equipped
kitchen, raised ceilings with fans, front and back private decks, & a
lush garden. A laundry facility, outdoor shower, and a place to safely store your
surfboards are also available.

The Seahorse Cottage will accomodate either up to 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children.

Off-street reserved parking (a rare commodity in these parts) is provided.

Sorry, we do not accept pets.  No exceptions.

The Seahorse Cottage (a studio):
An extra comfortable queen-size bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress
will lull you to sleep, and full-size futon will take care of 1 additional adult guest or 2 children. A wide-screen LCD TV and a DVD player will keep you entertained. Relax indoors or enjoy the outdoors on the front or back decks in the lush
tropical garden.  Free wireless Internet is offered to all our guests.

Late Summer - September 1 - September 30: $135/Night, $945/Week

Winter - October 1 - April 30: $105/night, $695/week, $2,780/month.

COMIC-CON 7/11/12-7/15/12:  $250/Night

3-Night minimum stay required during winter time.

Hotel Tax 10.5%, Housekeeping fee $90.

$25 admin fee will be charged for all cancellations.
