Dune Dreams Cottage - Palisades Park in South Haven

Located in Palisades Park Country Club, this beautiful, large, year round  cottage is nestled in wooded dunes and is a very short walk to one-half mile of private, uncrowded, Lake Michigan beaches.  This cottage was built in 2008 and has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen and 2 full beds), 2 1/2 baths (master with a large soaking tub and oversized shower,  1 with tub/shower combinantion) , a large great room including a modern kitchen, dining area and living room combination.  The cottage has a large wrap around covered porch and deck above. The cottage has a 2 car garage and is heated and air conditioned for those rare but occasional nights went you might want it.  The cottage also has satellite TV and stereo. We also have a golf cart which can be driven by licensed and insured drivers. A grill is available.

Palisades Park is a unique gated community in southwest Michigan,
only 6 miles south of South Haven containing 200 beach homes set amoungst sand roads and located within 750 acres of forested and protected sand dunes with hiking and nature trails for your enjoyment.  All of this is set within a historic community that has changed very little since it was started in the early 1900's. 

A beautiful, private association beach is a short walk down a wooded
path, where you can sail, kayak, or just sit and enjoy beautiful Lake
Michigan sunsets.

Palisades is a short 6 mile drive from all of the restaurants and shops of South Haven.

Palisades Park and South Haven are enjoyable year round.  Summer is the favorite season of most visitors.   During July and August the community operates a staffed children's clubhouse with summer activities and a children's tennis program (free instruction and play) with ten tennis courts (four Hard-Tru and 6 clay). There is a beach front soda bar and grill, and of course great Lake Michigan beaches.

6/11-9/5/12: $2,800 per week (Saturday to Saturday rental)
50% deposit to hold the reservation.
$200 security deposit (refundable if no damage)
$150 cleaning fee.
Off season rates $300 per day (2 day minimum).
Includes use of all linens, but suggested that you bring your own
beach towels.
