A sofa bed can also accomodate 2 persons.

 ****This house also has a small office that occupies a closed, private section of the house during daytime. 

The house come fully furnished, linens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven, washer and dryer. It also have; screened lanai, private parking space, private courtyard with patio furniture and gas grill,fresh tomato (when available), fresh garden spices. Cable 32" T.V and DVD, Wireless Internet, Electric training bicycle,bird feeder.No Gated Community and condo rules. All ages and behaved ***small pets are welcome here.

 ***An extra security deposit $(500.00)will be require for pets and be refunded if house is left "hairless"and no sign of it. Dog needs to be neuter, housebroken, silent.(No barking battery operated dog :)
