Three hundred days a year of river sunsets over the cliffs & red rock canyons of the Columbia Gorge, hot summer days that turn into cool nights, warm and sunny from late winter until late fall. Jet skis, boating, hiking, winery tours, concerts, golf, 5 pools, hot tubs, baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, restaurants, boat moorage and more - all within close proximity, if not on site in the gated complex that is 7 miles west of Quincy and 25 miles from Wenatchee.

Maravilla is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with a patio and spacious yard area on the "evening shady side" and 2 glass railed balconies on the "sunset over the river" wonderful view side. The master suite has a 5 piece bath and a king size bed, the guest suite has a queen size bed and adjoining bath. The main floor has a great room that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for eight, satellite tv, dvd and cd/ipod music system as well as a rec room with 2 queen" futon style" sleeper sofas and a full bath. There is a 3 car garage for vehicles and water toys as well as ample outdoor parking. Linens, washer & dryer, gas BBQ and LOTS of ambiance are included.
