Downstairs has fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, a full bathroom,  TV / DVD and ipod dock. Nice and light, and totally private.

A spiral case leads you upstairs to a lovely and comfortable bedroom with a high pitched cieling. It has a queen size bed, TV/DVD , and teak wood furniture . Just outside the bedroom is an open office area with a Full size pull out futon, a wireless printer, and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is a large skylight, 3 large modern windows, and lots of natural light.

Wonderful neighborhood market , as well as a great coffee house, breakfast and lunch cafe , yoga center, and community park just down the street. 

Convienantly located with freeway access so close,  and bus lines just across the street.

$1400 per week  -  $2000 per week    depending on seasonal rates

3 night minimum stay.    $125 cleaning fee.

Accepted:    All Major Credit Cards  ,  personal checks,  cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers, and bank drafts. Until booking is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. If your rate does change, your quoted rate will be honored once the initial deposit has been recieved.

50% deposit of booking is due to secure rental home. Balance, and fully refundable security deposit  due 30 days prior to rental. Security deposit is fully refunded after inspection of property within 3 days of departure.
