Bedroom #2 features full-sized pillowtop mattress and overlooks the back yard. Bedroom #3 has been recently converted to a formal dining room with a marble top dining table and boasts sliding doors to the back yard with beautiful french doors off the livingroom for privacy. The livingroom has unique wall arches that look out into the kitchen which has a cozy eating nook. Live Oak Bungalow features a 3" binder full of maps and information on all area attractions and activities. Port Charlotte has everything to offer from golf, wonderful restaurants, olympic-sized heated swimming pool, fishing, stawberry picking, Red Sox Spring Training (Fort Myers- short drive), Devil Rays Spring Training at their beautiful new stadium right in Port Charlotte!, beautiful white sandy beaches, shopping galore, and right down the road is Punta Gorda. May-October $500 per week or $1300 per month, November-December $600 per week or $1700 per month. January-April $700 per week or $1900 per month. Multi-month rates available upon request. All rentals require a $200 security deposit refundable with no damage. If you have a pet family member that will be enjoying your stay with you there is an additional $200 pet-deposit which includes a non-refundable $75 pet fee.
