Completed in 2003, this newer, top floor, luxury condominium is ideally located directly on St. Pete Beach along the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or master suite to enjoy a spectacular sunrise or witness your slice of the beach as it comes alive.

The unit is fully furnished and professionally decorated with floor-to-ceiling mirrors that give added dimension to your living space. The fully-equipped kitchen provides for the comfort and convenience of a relaxing meal at home. The kitchen and two full baths are warmed by the upscale feel of maple cabinets and granite counter tops. The second bedroom has two new twin beds with convenient storage drawers which is so much nicer, and easier, to deal with than the old-fashioned trundle beds found in so many units!  There is a newer sleep sofa in the living room which was upgraded in high season of 2009. Cable TV is available in both bedrooms and the living room which also has a stereo with CD player and separate DVD player for your enjoyment.

In 2011 we welcomed the new year by giving the condo a fresh new look with our customary deep cleaning had new wall to wall carpeting installed in the master bedroom, replaced the entertainment etagere with a new entertainment center and added a 37" flat screen tv. New room darkening drapes were added and DR chairs were recovered at the same time. We think you'll enjoy the new look while 'vegging' on the sofa watching the new tv but just remember to save time for the beach!

In early 2012, we replaced the dresser in the 2nd bedroom and added a small chest between the beds.  The  twin mattresses were replaced in April and we added a new KING bed in the master bedroom at the same time replacing the queen sized bed.  We updated the master bath in November to coordinate with the master bedroom making a nice master suite.

The entire building was closed for a four week period starting just after Thanksgiving 2012 so that the walkways, stairwells and balconies and pool-side spa could be re-surfaced. Nice mini-facelift! 

Almost forgot ~ as local owners we have no use for an owner's closet and provide this space for our guests more than doubling your closet space. After all, who wants to live out of suitcases on vacation?  Between that and the storage drawers under the twin platform beds you have storage space galore! 

For those folks who know the area well, you already know all of the reasons that this is such a great vacation spot. Trip Advisor named St. Pete Beach the #1 beach in the USA in March of 2012 and ranked us #5 in the world.  Not enough?  Former Governor Charlie Crist declared us the sunset capital of Florida replacing a dejected Key West! We have you covered on the art scene as well with downtown St. Petersburg (a mere 15 minute ride away) named the nation's #1 top arts destination for mid-sized US cities for the third year in a row by American StyleMagazine.  Reasons cited were the new Salvador Dali Museum and the Chihuly Collection and the Warehouse Arts District. 

This lovely condo offers FREE unlimited calling within the US and Canada as well as FREE Wi-Fi internet service. Friends and family left at home can leave a message on the answering machine.

Head down to the sugar white sands of our fabulous beach or simply hang out by the pool and spa. You decide. Stop by the lending library inside the onsite office to pick up the latest paperback on your way out.

Meander down the beach to the legendary and historic Don CeSar Beach Resort for an unparalleled dining experience or stroll a bit further to quaint Pass-A-Grille for a bit of shelling or to explore the unique shops and galleries. Consider casual dining at the many waterside restaurants for a relaxing evening under the stars. There are great rooftop bars to enjoy one of our many spectacular sunsets.
