Built as a guest house from materials taken from the 18th century sailing ship, the Somerset, this comfortable retreat property offers two levels, (floors are wood, carpeting, tile) a completely renovated kitchen & bath, great room, breakfast room, cozy 1st floor bedroom and 2nd floor loft (lots of space for kids) runs entire length of the house built from rare California Redwood. Look out from your front window to view an English formal garden and watch the sun set over the Patapsco River Valley. Numerous gardens surround the wooded 4 acre, very private property. Sit out on the back deck to see the woods and streams that run below or wander the trails. Ask about our recent vintage of wine made from our vineyard. Truly a place to relax and renew. March 2011 March 2012: Weekly (6 nights, 7 days) $1500; Additional nights @ $300, $2700 maximum monthly charge.
March 2011-March 2012: Weekends (3 nights) : $1150. Rates are all inclusive. Extra bed: $150 for occupancy over 6.
April 2012-April 2013: Weekly (6 nights, 7 days) $1600; Additional nights @ $300, $3000 maximum monthly charge. Multiple month discounts.
April 2012- April 2013: Weekends (3 nights) : $1200. Rates are all inclusive. Extra bed: $150 for occupancy over 6.
PREPAID REBATE: $50 per week, refunded at end of stay.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT: Visit 14 nights to 30 nights and pay the monthly rate.
ADDITIONAL FEE/REQUIREMENT
- Expense-fee of $150 above 6 for extra bed set-up.
- Security deposit of $300 required
- Non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay
