Nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee and located in the Willows at Twin Cove Marina Resort, a new resort with 2 pools, basketball court and full service marina with restaurant, lounge, and ice cream shop. Norris Lake is one of the cleanest lakes, if not the cleanest, in the TVA system. Twin Cove Marina is the closest marina to the I-75, just 30 minutes North of Knoxville and a little over an hour from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Live music at the Marina on weekends. Family friendly environment.

The unit is a brand new end unit, a 3 story townhome and is newly furnished. The kitchen contains all new Whirlpool appliances and quartz countertops. The Unit has a large 2 car garage, hardwood floor on main level, natural gas fireplace and grill, and the master bedroom has its own deck overlooking Norris Lake.

All furnishings are also brand new.

Master Bedroom has King bed and private balcony overlooking lake.
Master Bath has jacuzi tub and shower with 4 body spray jets.

Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and third Bedroom has a Queen bed and a day bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath.

Ground floor contains 2 car garage.

Also on the ground floor is a multi use game room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Great room for children with TV, DVD player, electronic dart board, and multi-game table which includes foosball, mini pool table, and mini ping pong.

Located within The Willows at Twin Cove which contains a full service marina, restaraunt, lounge, ice cream shop and store.  The resort has two pools, one directly infront of our unit, a community hot tub, a basketball court, boat launch and an area for parking boat trailers.  The lounge has live music every Friday nights and during other holidays.

Summer Season rates (May 15-Sept. 15) $375.00/night with 3 night minimum stay required.  Rent 6 nights and get the 7th free.  Fishing season and fall color season, (March 1- May 14 and Sept. 16-Nov. 1) rates are $250/night.   Off season rates are $150.00 per night. 

$150.00 cleaning fee and Tennessee tax of 5% are also due.
